From Heather's Kitchen

This one is super easy and super quick to make. Not only is it delicious for dinner, it would work well for a side item or for lunch. This receipe needs to be made early so it will have enough time to cool down in the fridge before serving.



Chicken Alfredo Pasta Salad

1 box Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Classic Pasta Salad Mix
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cups chicken strips
(This can be the pre-cooked and pre-packaged)
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced cucumbers
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
** Optional 2 tbs basil leaves
1. Cook pasta as directed on box and drain
2. Dice tomatoes and cucumbers
3. Mix seasoning pack from Pasta Salad Mix and the Alfredo sauce then refrigerate
4. Mix pasta, chicken, and veggies then refrigerate
5. When cooled, mix the sauce and the shredded Parmesean cheese with the pasta mix and
serve
