Last night I tried a new recipe for dinner. There a a couple of variations to the recipe so you can choose which way sounds better to you.

Mexican Shake & Bake Chicken
1. Take your chicken and coat it with the Chicken Shake & Bake. Bake as box directs.
2. After chicken is done, pour chunky salsa over the chicken and then top with shredded cheese.
3. Put back into oven until cheese is melted and the salsa is warm.

(Variation) BBQ Shake & Bake Chicken
1. Take your chicken and coat it with the Chicken Shake & Bake. Bake as box directs.
2. After chicken is done, pour BBQ sauce over the chicken and then top with shredded cheese.
3. Put back into oven until cheese is melted and the sauce is warm.

(Variation) Chicken Parmesan Shake & Bake
1. Take your chicken and coat it with the Chicken Shake & Bake. Bake as box directs.
2. After chicken is done, pour pasta sauce over the chicken and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
3. Put back into oven until cheese is melts and the sauce is warm.

Mexican Bean & Rice side dish
1. Take 1 pouch of instant white rice, 1 cup of water, and 1 jar of chunky salsa and mix in a skillet on medium heat.
2. Bring to a boil then add 2 cans of red kidney beans. (Can use other beans if you have a preference)
3. Cover and cook on low-medium heat until rice is done.
